Ultra Simple: Send or receive files using one-click controls. Just pick a file and scan the QR—no apps, signups, or cables needed.
PC → Mobile: Select a file on your PC, scan the generated QR code with your phone, and download instantly.
Mobile → PC: Scan QR on your PC, upload from your phone browser, and the file gets saved on your desktop.
The application also provides quick-access buttons to view your Outgoing (shared/) and Incoming (received/) folders

How to Use
Send from PC to Mobile: Click “Send file to mobile” Choose your file Scan the QR code on your phone Open the link via browser and download.
. Receive from Mobile to PC:Click “Get file from mobile” Scan the QR using your mobile’s browser Select file to upload on mobile File saves to your PC’s incoming folder
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure Same Network: Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi; avoid guest or isolated networks. Firewall Settings: On Windows, allow the app through the firewall for Private networks. Optimize Speed: Keep your phone awake and the browser active; upload speeds improve with 5 GHz Wi-Fi and SSD storage.
Use Cases
Quickly transfer screenshots or images from your PC to phone (or vice versa). Share documents, PDFs, or media between devices without installing apps on mobile. Ideal in environments with strict data privacy—everything stays local.
You can also install QRPorter via pip in a Python environment. This method works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and other platforms. Requirements: Python 3.12 or above and pip package manager QRPorter pip Installation Steps: Open a terminal or command prompt and run below command. pip install qrporter After installation, you can run QRPorter using the command: qrporter
This application has been tested on Windows 11 and Linux. Other platforms or distributions may work, but they have not been officially tested.
